CIPC Administration

All businesses must be registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). It’s the government agency responsible for the registration of companies, co-operatives and intellectual property rights which includes trademarks, patents, designs and copyright. Also, you are required, by law, to file tax returns annually. This is to prove that the business is still actively trading.

Suppose you fail to submit your tax return. In that case, the assumption will be made that the company is inactive and the CIPC will begin a deregistration process which, when completed, will legally declare that your business no longer exists.

We’ll register your company at CIPC and file your annual return as required yearly. Furthermore, we can make any changes your company may require, for example, changes in directors of the business, the name and physical address.
